Punjab Local Government Ordinance 1979 Section 166 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Overtime Allowances According to a government-issued memorandum, applicants working in the municipal committee were entitled to double day overtime allowance but Yet the allowance was denied. The fact is that they were paid the allowance for some time, but later the employees were given the allowance in accordance with the memorandum to the employees of the municipal committees under the administrative control of the same authority, but the applicants gave the instructions in the memorandum. Who were very discriminating clearly applied to the applicants as well and they were entitled to pay double daytime allowance fact which was pending before the Appellate Authority without giving any relief to the petitioners.
