Section 4 West Pakistan (Non Gazetted) Civil Services (Salary Revision) Rules, 1963, Schedule, Part 11 The regularization of the service was set against the Section FT (Agriculture) Post in 1974 and subsequently till 1983. Grade salaries were allowed, but were not stopped until the time before the service employee's co-operation against the formalization of his services on the regular time scale before the date of his joining the service. An appeal was filed before the Service Tribunal by a government employee claiming he was acting against him. Against the appeal of the service tribunal filed by the government employees, the department was entitled to all the benefits of services rendered to its associates, and it was claimed in that position that the appeal was banned because of the West Pakistan ( The Non-Gazette Civil Service (Salary Revision) Rules, 1963, which were amended in 1965, reversed the 1983 Rule which required further qualification and that Rule 3 of 198 was presumably in force. And they will not apply to the case of a public servant, in which case the department's dispute was overturned in view of the fact that the service Regularization was a permanent right and at any time a government employee would be included. When the amended rules of 1965 were in the field, it had the right to be regulated, according to which the public servant was entitled to all the benefits already provided by the service tribunal in his appeal to his first colleagues.
