Karachi Buildings and Town Planning Regulation 1979 Regulation 13 (3) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Government of Sindh; Notification No. SO II (KDA) 8/69/98, dated 2 November 1993, under which The construction of high-rise buildings was banned, meaning that on four floors above the ground, the petitioner was initially allowed to extend the construction of the 15-storey building instead of clearance from the departmental structure to construct a seven-story building. The applicant was not given any approval to construct a seven-story building. The applicant had imposed a two-storey ban on high-rise buildings. The construction date of the proposed seven-storey building by the applicant was released on 1293 12 12 33 because the limited supply of utilities was one of the main responsibilities of the government to ensure the required supply of water, drainage, pollution, free environment etc. Without which a residential project would not only be incomplete but would increase the magnitude of its problems, residents of the area of public interest, therefore, were not required to allow the understanding of the size and dimensions of any residential scheme that was available. Was clearly disregarding the availability of, therefore, the High Court's failure to Ni was not entitled to discretionary relief under the jurisdiction. Notified date of government 2 12 1993
