Sindh Tenant Premise Ordinance 1979 Sections 10 and 15 (2) (ii) will be payable in connection with mutual agreement between the parties when the agreement between them was executed but where the due date of payment of rent is not fixed. Used to be Through a mutual agreement between the landlord and the tenant, the rent will have to be paid in the next month after the next month for which it is scheduled. If the rent is not paid within 60 days of the said date, the provisions of Section 15 (2) (II) of the Sindh Premises Ordinance, 1979, will attract the order of eviction of the tenants.
