The Pakistan Penal Code Section 497 (L), the third Proviso Panel Code (XLV of 1860), Section 353/324, was legally held in prison for more than a year, convicted of death sentence. Police records did not indicate that the suspect had a previous conviction, but the FIR did not indicate that the suspect was convicted of a felony, dangerous or frustrated criminal.
