Employees dismissed from the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section O15 (3) job had to spend a significant amount of money each month as expenses for their mother's medication for kidney disease. The employee was considered and dismissed on the allegations of corruption, the employee admitted that no limit was set for the medical expenses of the employee and his family and the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders). Section O 15 (3) of the Ordinance 1968 provided for the absence of any provision. Billing as corrupt, the employer could not get rid of the employee with such excuses, thus, was properly reinstated with full reimbursement benefits.
