Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VII 1968), Section 1 (4) (a) Maintaining a Complaint Petition Ex parte order pursuant to its dismissal by employees. Complaints have been filed. The service was accepted by the Labor Court and the employer Mills claimed that he was a minor concern in employing less than 20 people and thus the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance, 1968 did not apply to which the employer filed a list of workers in labor. The court remanded the case to thirteen workers in a labor court after hearing the parties and recording the evidence presented by them in a fresh trial.
