Complaints have been filed. The service was accepted by the Labor Court and the employer Mills claimed that he was a minor concern in employing less than 20 people and thus the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance, 1968 did not apply to which the employer filed a list of workers in labor. The court remanded the case to thirteen workers in a labor court after hearing the parties and recording the evidence presented by them in a fresh trial.
