The Punjab Limitation (Customs) Act 1920 The separation by the Primal Limitation Act (IX of 1908, Article 120 Customs (Punjab)) the widow, who was the sole proprietor of the deceased until the death or remarriage as the heirs of the last deceased owner. A widow's suit was filed and a decree was passed under which the separation was granted. The legality of such an order was challenged in the appeal but to no effect. The inquiries found under the jurisdiction of the courts were primarily held at the border, while one of the victims was minor at the time of separation while the other was born after individuality, therefore, he was in possession of the minority plaintiff. Entitled to benefit from the lawsuit, he could file a case within six years from the date of receipt of the cause of action and his case was covered under Article 2020, Limitation Act, 1908. After the repeal of the Punjab Limitation (Customs) Act, 1920, the plaintiff case remains within the bounds of the last male owner, however, the heirs will deviate from whether the plaintiffs or the defendants have been justified in accordance with personal law.
