PEARL CONTINENTAL HOTEL versus AKBER ALI KHAN
The termination of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section O12 (3) job services, which employed employees in a hotel for almost twenty-five years, was merely stated as their Outlet Manager Services No More Needed There was no suggestion as to whether the employee's dismissal was the result of a reorganization or recovery or the general phrase that the employee's services were no longer needed, therefore, the employee's dismissal. The termination of the Services will not meet the specific reasons needed. The employees, in the circumstances, were invalid and contrary to the provisions of Section O12 (3) of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Order Ordinance, 1968).
