The petition was not promoted on the basis of merit that the Pakistan Engineering Council did not recognize B Tech, (Hons) as equivalent to the BCC Engineering Degree Petitioner's appeal and appeal before the service tribunal succeeded. The Supreme Court dismissed the petitioner's appeal on the ground that the decision of the service tribunal was based on the decision. In the Muhammad Siddique Nasim case, the Supreme Court will facilitate the case holders to improve their qualification by introducing B Tech (Pass) and B Tech (Honors) degree courses, and the subsequent degree will be awarded to B.Sc. To be considered as equivalent to an engineering degree, it deserves to be considered for development at B17. Grade One of the important aspects of the matter that escaped his notice in the Supreme Court's decision was that some other government employees / employees were also placed in the same position in which the applicant was promoted to Grade B-17. Was considered and in fact progress was made while the applicant was denied such benefit which was in violation of Article 25 of Article 25 of the Constitution, thus, petition for wrongful proceedings. Appeals were allowed and the service tribunal's decision was upheld
