The Special Relief Act 1877 Sections 8 and 42, for filing a suit for declaration and occupation and, alternatively, for the property against the defendants, claimed that they were the owner of the disputed house because of the suit house. The proof of the relevant title was a burden to the plaintiffs, but they failed to produce any documentary evidence such as the suithouse plaintiff's title to be successful in the power of his case and not to the weakness of the plaintiff's case which led to the dispute in the home series. I failed to set my title. The courts below rightly dismissed his case
