GHULAM HUSSAIN versus THE STATE
After verifying the value of Section 13D evidence of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance 1965, instead of examining the prosecution's recovery witness, another witness was examined, who did not tamper with the prosecution's record in which the accused. There is no description of the alleged weapons recovered from. Recovery memos or FIRs or invoices or any other document in the record that effectively demonstrated the integrity of the investigation and its recovery process were not kept under the seal of arms recovery. The court later overlooked the accused's statement. The trial was thwarted by the defendant's accusation against him as his own witness, with the intention of inspecting his oath and reviewing him in error. Was acquitted.
