SUNNY FLYING COACH SERVICE versus GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB
Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance 1965 Section 80 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art, 199 Constitution Petition Claiming to withhold general coach points for the purpose of flying coach service, general purpose and purpose of restraining, retaining its coach service Claims to stop a claimant from entering a location may not be used as the usual hauling point for the start or end of a trip. All public service vehicles can only be stopped for a short period of time so that passengers can board and ride in such a normal location. Transporters, including applicants, are being used as a D-Class stand where they stopped buses / wagons to hurt the public on a major constitutional request, and it appears that the administration is trying to pressure applicants. Has been pressured to stop their coaches from illegally stopping. There was no discretion to exercise its authority in the court illegally, in any way the applicants could use the place at least for a short period of time so that passengers could be boarded and escaped by the coaches. There was no interference with, no guarantee of this, and it was excluded under these circumstances with costs.
