Sections 498 and 497 (1) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 324/34 before the arrest Victim suffered seven injuries, three of which were serious, and three counts of reckless firing by the accused. The 7mm rifle was originally fired by Victim. It had not yet been recovered and could be subject to careless firing if not treated properly. The defendants showed their intention and case against them, the First Fiction, Section 2424, came under Part I of the PPC, which was covered by the Prohibited Clause of Section 7497 (1). PC: There was enough material on record to link the accused to the commission of the crime, the accused denied in bail matters.
