Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Arts 199 and 248 Constitutional petition which was challenged by the legality, ownership and justification of conducting Hajj Baitullah on behalf of the President of Pakistan, U Section A and Prime Minister of Pakistan, President and Minister The ministers questioned on Prime Minister's visits were personal in their own affairs and they were carried out in the government's capacity for the betterment of the people of Pakistan and in the interest of the country. The government officials did not commit any financial irregularities or illegal acts, while the above mentioned visits did not incur any violation of the integration of Islam. When this dispute arose, the constitutional petition was not fair to the High Court. This applicant had never challenged the authenticity and legality of the visits made by the former heads of government and that the constitutional petition was not grossly unprofitable. In the circumstances and at any cost was prevented by the principles of estoppel
