It was not enough to substantiate the fact of the complainant's version which was authenticly supported by the witnesses, the statement of witnesses listed under section 164 under, CCP defaming the version of the prosecution on record. No evidence was supported and the recovery from the accused had an impact. The invoiced complainant had no enmity or maliciousness to the defendant's false interference, in which case the accused was refused bail
