No FIR was filed at this place and time, as shown in section 302/34, and from the very beginning the investigation was dishonest, on the occasion of any judicial assurance or circumstance regarding the presence of eyewitnesses. There was no bail that was allegedly triggered by the motive. Prosecutor did not fit the manner in which the deceased was executed; ten days later the recovery of a blood stained knife from the suspects' house was suspected. In each case, the accused's fugitive was not sufficient for his punishment. Accordingly, the accused was acquitted.
