Under the qualification of West Pakistan Health Service (Class 1) Rule 1969 R 3, Annex A, Item 4 promotion DPH, it is not a condition for some doctors to progress to the positions listed in Item 4 of Annexure A to R 3. Qualified in the DPH test which has since been ignored is that it has no superiority over other doctors in terms of promotion of doctors and no discrimination is allowed between the two types of doctors. no
