DOSA versus ADDITIONAL COMMISSIONER (REVENUE), SARGODHA
Martial Law Regulation 1972 No 115 Para 32 (2) and (3) West Pakistan Land Reforms Regulation, 1959 (MLR64), Para 19 petitioners' claim for re-allotment of allotted land was pending when the question. I was allotted underground. Such allotment was in favor of the defendant because, without jurisdiction, the Additional Commissioner rightly accepted the applicant's appeal against the allotment order in favor of the defendant but he was deputy landlord for the decision. The error was remanded to the Commissioner because the matter is pending before the Assistant Land Commissioner, whereby the decision was made by the Additional Land Commissioner, who rejected the applicant's claim for confirmation of remand order and allotment to the Deputy Land Commissioner. The appeal was an order, therefore, the matter was remanded to the Assistant Land Commissioner for violation of the law. Was.
