There will be regular employees of the corporation while such appointments will be made under Punjab. The Civil Servants Act, 1974 would be purely contractual and not regular appointments but although the applicants were employed for a fixed period but were still regular employees, they were governed by the Punjab Small Industries Corporation Rules 1976. In such cases, the relationship between the parties was not, thus, the employer and the servant constitution. Rule 13 2, Punjab Small Industries Corporation Rules, 1976, however, gives one month's notice suspended without giving any reason. 2, Punjab Small Industries Corporation Rules, 1976 The termination of the services of the employees was permissible in such circumstances.
