West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 Section 5 and Schedule Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Dover, agreed to give dower to his wife 1/2 part of the house and six canal land to the husband. The fact was that the defendant entered the trial court, which rejected the wife's claim, but according to the trial court's decision, the plaintiff gave her a certain amount of money instead of part of the house and land. In connection with the question and answer in respect of 1/2 part of the house and the land, the specific paragraph of the Valid Counsel had made it clear that the husband had agreed to pay the dower on the basis of 1/2 part of the house and the specific land. No condition was stated that the husband would pay a specified amount instead of the aforesaid portion and thus the land High Court was justified in decreeing for 1/2 part of the house and underground land, as in the petition. The leave to appeal was mentioned in the circumstances
