West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 Section 5 and Schedule Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Dover, agreed to give dower to his wife 1/2 part of the house and six canal land to the husband. The fact was that the defendant entered the trial court, which rejected the wife's claim, but according to the trial court's decision, the plaintiff gave her a certain amount of money instead of part of the house and land.
