RR 2, 4 & 5 service dismissed Government employee, acting as District Registrar of the District Registry Office, inquired against him on certain charges of misconduct and inaction on the charge sheet and on corruption. There was a huge penalty for dismissal. It was against the civil servant that he, along with his staff, booked the application form in bulk and issued the unauthorized identification card during the Local Bodies election, there was regular inquiry against the civil servant and defense by the public servants. It was taken that there were alleged anomalies. Rush to work, staff shortages and political pressure were not on the record to show that a government employee issued fake identity cards or received inappropriate financial benefits and it was not a matter of authorities who were government employees. The employee had such a stimulus. That it was because of staff shortages and related T conditions, the appropriate employee appeared to be not only the civil servant against whom the department was prosecuted, but also the other staff members who were against the civil servant. They were also charged with the same allegations, but they were punished for censorship and reduced in some cases. Paying salaries on a timely basis through one or two steps, while the civil servant was punished for dismissal which was a clear distinction in this case, especially when he was punished on the statements of the co-accused. In the long run it worked long term. Credit, but nothing was found effective against him prior to the incident
