MUHAMMAD RIAZ versus STATE

Article 302 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) argued that the four witnesses mentioned in the FIR did not support the prosecution's version, that the presence of the deceased's sister, who was a resident of a different village. The spot was not natural, that the substantial delay of about 12 hours was not clearly explained in the FIR filing and that the complainant, who was the sister of the accused, had submitted the petition to the High Court which I was told that he had forgiven the accused.
