The Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), paid for the Secretariat Allowance, was based on the claim of the Secretariat Allowance that such allowance was being paid to the counterpart of government employees in other provinces and was being paid as well. For employees of other departments, the further stand of government employees was that they did not withdraw the secretariat allowance on May 31, 1994, the same benefit would not be extended to the Financial Resources Act of 1994, considering the need to direct leave of appeal. It was approved with effect from May 31, 1994, until the temporary relief of the Secretariat allowance is granted to the civil servants until the matter is finally settled by the court if it is not entitled to pay the Secretariat Allowance to the public servants.
