Government Lands (Punjab) 's Colonization Act 1912 Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) allowed the appeal for allotment of land in the question of rejecting the Mangla Dam, irrespective of any particular year. In the case under question, the land falls into the zone of prohibition and it cannot be included in the schedule of allotment to the defendant under the scheme prepared for the restoration of the Mangla Dam Ossities.
