Punjab Services Tribunals Act 1974 Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) dismisses the appeal to the tribunal for illegal prosecution as well as the dismissal of a public servant's appeal dismissing the application for rehabilitation. Previously the service tribunal was rejected. Non-prosecution appeals for retaliation by public servants were dismissed for illegal prosecution as well as their request for restitution of appeals (appeals for rehabilitation) was negligent in processing the public employee appeal. And the appeal for restoration of the appeal also included the question of public importance, in order to attract the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court to intervene in the matter so that the leave of appeal was denied in the circumstances.
