GHULAM RASOOL versus MEMBER, BOARD OF REVENUE (CONSOLIDATION), LAHORE
The application under the Code of Conduct 1908 Section 12 (2) Section 12 (2), the order of fraud and misrepresentation adopted by the CPC Lux Standing Constitution, was challenged on the basis that it was fraudulent and false. Was obtained through a statement that was not a party to the petitioners. The constitutional petition claims that they took part of the land in dispute through exchange transactions, on the basis of which the applicants claimed that the right to property took place on the occasion of a constitutional petition in connection with the property. Was in the form of a temporary injunction in case of a restraint. In the presence of such an order was also issued to the State that no part of the property in dispute can be transferred in any form. The alleged transaction in favor of the applicants in violation of the order issued by the High Court in the constitutional petition was completely void and the applicants could not claim any right. On the basis that the applicants, who were not parties to the constitutional petition in which the order was passed, had no locus standi to file the application under Section 12 (2), CPC.
