Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Section 426 (1A) (C) Contempt of Conduct (XLV of 1860), Sections 302 and 452 were filed by the accused against his conviction and sentence. He was not sentenced despite a delay of more than two years. It was decided, nor could it be heard in the near future, that the trial was adjourned as a result of the sentence awarded to the accused by the court and consequently he was suspended.
