Section 17 (1A) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) Termination of Employee Labor Court Appeal of Employee Authority Against Re-Administration Order Failed in the Supreme Court, however, accepted the Authority's appeal. It was held that the orders passed by the labor forums were without any jurisdiction which the employees had continued to serve until then, having been discharged on the basis of the judgment of the Supreme Court.
