Section 17 of the Salary Act 1936 Appeals Maintenance Authority accepts certain claims of employees, the employer has been directed to submit the amount of claims made to the employees to distribute the work within 30 days. The same day when the appeal was filed by the employer against the order of the authority but the appeal filed by the employer against the authority order was dismissed by the court on the ground that the employer had failed to collect the money within the stipulated period. An appeal against the order was filed before the court within time. And the employer had deposited the money with the authority before making such appeal, the provisions of the Payment Wages Act, 1936, did not take into consideration if the amount of the payable under the direction of the authority was not deposited in a timely manner. If made, the appeal will not lie. This amount should be excluded from the fact that the amount was not deposited within time pecified in the authority's order
