Under Section 17, the appropriate WAPDA employees of the Labor Court An appeal was filed against the order declaring a civil servant. Under the WAPDA Act 1 B of 1958, they were excluded from the category of laborers and the service tribunal alone had the power to adjudicate their terms and conditions of service, and labor in relation to disciplinary proceedings against the Labor Court. The court had no jurisdiction. Not eligible to hear the employee's complaint request and pass judgment on it
