CPC Appeal's Civil Procedure Code Order XLI dismisses the request for re-entry of the OLL, R-19, Sections 151 and 115 appeal from the original decree which was rejected on grounds of non-compliance. Such an application was authorized and the court, within its inherent jurisdiction, had the power to reinstate such application, rejecting the appellate court's order disqualifying the law, and dismissing the case itself. The appellate court was remanded to decide.
