In relation to the dismissal of Article 25A & 35 (5) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969, Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Constitution Petition Employees on the basis of recording of bogus meter reading entry, the Labor Court urged such employees against such decision.
