West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section O1 (1) and Termination of 12 Job Reinstatement Employees who served in the Establishment for about 3/4 years were terminated on the basis that they were trained. The termination order was set aside and employees with full back benefits and wages again Job was ordered to restore.
