West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section O1 (1) and Termination of 12 Job Reinstatement Employees who served in the Establishment for about 3/4 years were terminated on the basis that they were trained. As individuals, their services were not much needed. Employed employees who served for more than three years, gained permanent employment status, and even if they are periodically issued new appointment letters that do not terminate their status. If the employees were permanent employees in the Establishment and, in exchange for their services, the Employer Establishment had the mandate that they adopt the ordinance set forth in 5 0 12 which was not adopted by such employees. The termination order was set aside and employees with full back benefits and wages again Job was ordered to restore.
