The use of semi-automatic weapons was reported. 1965 was not necessary to take action before the Special Court under the Anti-Terrorism Activities (Special Courts) Act, 1975. No prejudice can be caused against the accused as the Special Court has already registered in the Sessions Court case against the accused. Could rely on the evidence that led to it being transferred.
