ADIL KHAN versus MEMBER (REVENUE), BOARD OF REVENUE, PUNJAB

Therefore, the validity of the limitation, if one was effectively excused from filing a review and the plaintiff who succeeded in passing the judgment. In the constitutional jurisdiction for the first time before the High Court, the trial of the merits by the objection raised by the defendant could not be justified.
