RAHIM ZADA versus A & B BEVERAGES (PVT.) LTD., KARACHI
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A & 38 A request for a worker's previous complaint alleging that the gate was stopped was dismissed by the Labor Court on the establishment's claim that the worker was not terminated and It was welcomed to report to the establishment after which the employee began his work. The duty worker was then prosecuted for unauthorized absence and the appeal against the dismissal of the employee's complaint request if he was found guilty was rejected, and then the establishment workers were already dismissed. The action before the Labor Court was already pending in this matter. For example, the worker's request for a complaint, the decision to challenge his second dismissal, was pending, the second complaint request prohibited the search of the entire area of dispute between the parties; there was no guarantee for action to be struck. Nor is the prejudice, whatever the case, understandable, that the appeal against the worker's dismissal dismissing his first complaint request was invalid.
