The question of increasing the punishment under Pakistan Penal Code Sections 300, Exceptions 4 and 304, Part II Section 304, the possibility of a sudden dispute between the accused and the victim under Section 302 of Part II cannot be ruled out and the attendance. There is no question under the preliminary question. The defendant had no intention of causing the death or causing bodily injury in such a way as to cause death, as he had not repeated the knife blow and most of the burden was on him. He could have been burdened with a knife blow to the deceased. The defendant is likely to be sentenced to five years \ RI with the death penalty and the fine under Section 30304, Part II, especially when in all probability the accused had completed his sentence.
