The Lahore High Court (Establishment of Benches) Rules 1981 R 3 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 24, was filed with the Civil Judge's Court, District Judge, Rawalpindi for transfer of the High Court file to Lahore. The reason for the transfer of the Principal Scott Maintenance was brought under the jurisdiction of the Rawalpindi Bench as the transfer case was being heard by the District Judge.
