After hearing the testimony of the Civil Procedure Code Order XVIII of the CPC and the trial of the witnesses, X2 and section 151 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199, the plaintiff of the production of constitutional jurisdiction, after closing his evidence, Additional evidence was filed to produce evidence claiming that some of the witnesses from whom they could not inspect the court were not available at the relevant time and one of them was in a seriously ill condition. Dismissed the plaintiff's request on the basis that the plaintiff had not submitted a medical certificate of a seriously ill witness. He did not make any request to the court either when the evidence was closed and he wanted to examine more witnesses who were not available at the time. The court's coordination orders excluded the plaintiff's request for additional evidence. By doing so, there is no victim of any jurisdiction error, the exercise of constitution cannot be interfered with by the High Court.
