Pakistan Penal Code Section 420/468/471/109 Corruption Prevention Act (Second of 1947), Section 5 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Rules (Regulation Law) Order (1 of 1977) FIR Complaint was filed against the accused at the behest of the provincial land authorities and proceedings were initiated against the direction of the martial law administrator. Despite the passage of fifteen years, no progress was made in the investigation. And was solely responsible for the FIR. While this is similar to the misuse of powers held by state officials, the FIR has been declared without legal authority and has no legal effect.
