Was not It was granted but the hearing was not being done due to the holidays and the only complaint the applicant had was that his immediate application was rejected by the High Court, under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan before the Supreme Court. The petition was not sustained, especially when the facts and questions of the law were the same before the High Court.
