Sections 18, 12A and 3 (c) [as amended] by the Land Acquisition Officers appointed by the Government in WAPDA, by relevant notification, under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioners directly, both administrative and judicial officers. For practical purposes the collectors of the land were registered under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, and the appeals filed by such officers were also competent.
