The Code of Conduct 1908 Section 151 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) dismissed the request for restitution of the constitutional application for illegal prosecution, the constitutional petition was filed in 1984, appeared for hearing in 1992. The petition was practically retired which fact was not brought to the applicant's jurisdiction. The lawyer had also filed an affidavit in which the facts of his retirement were confirmed and the applicants had nothing to do with it. Was done In the appeal the leave application was changed to appeal and the removal order was put aside the constitutional application and it was directed to restore the original number.
