AMIN KHAN versus NAUBAT KHAN


Article 6 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the NWFP Pre-Emission Act 1987, the plaintiff was the owner of the land according to the land at the time of sale and, thus, the right to self-determination was also given by the defendant. After suppressing the facts by the defendant, the High Court had to interfere with the appellate court's finding that the plaintiff had decided the case, no legal error was identified in the High Court decision.
