ZAKAULLAH KHAN versus GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN
Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 188 Review of the Supreme Court Rules 1980, OXXVI, R 1 Supreme Court decision under which the High Court was remanded to the High Court applicants by any lawyer in support of the provincial government. Not represented. The review, pointing to specific aspects of the decision, states that suggestions have been heard for the parties, thus, the Supreme Court has made a mistake in view of the record in which no one appeared for the provincial government. ? The verdict in question, therefore, needs to be reviewed, although there was some confusion on the point of view of the representation of the provincial government, yet the decision of the High Court needed to be intervened and there was no significant difference, Because the applicant's claim was ultimately settled due to such error, the action need not be taken too deep to consider this claim in the future, which the arbitrator initially overlooked. This dispute was settled and was finally done through a High Court remand order, in this aspect of the matter. It is important to note that no interference was sought, as well as dismissed in the first remand order of the Supreme Court's review.
