UMAR versus SETTLEMENT DEPARTMENT


The Homeless (Land Settlement) Act, 1958, dismissed the application for the cancellation of their names on grounds of fraud and misrepresentation against the allottees of the land in dispute against the Allotment Tomb of the Land, 1958. The informant was not appearing before and the relevant authorities and they could not produce evidence to guarantee the cancellation of the land in the name of the original Altiz Mukhtaris under which the order in the document was submitted that if anyone participated in the proceedings of the informant. If allowed to be taken, no one will be prejudiced and it will be in the interest. The High Court dismissed the Mukhtar petition in the latest and filed a remand case to show that the Allotment IV original allotment was obtained from fraud and misrepresentation if they took part in the prosecution.
