LIAQAT ALI versus STATE
In the Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/34 cross-cases murder case of separate courts, the trial court held the accused guilty under Section 304/34, PPC and attempted murder by magistrate section 30. A cross case was heard which left the accused acquitted. Charges under Section 7307/34, PPC: Both of these decisions were challenged separately by the sessions court, magistrate and the parties representing the parties, the sessions court, the parties representing the parties. And the same court was dismissed which resulted in some contradictory or contradictory results or observations of both the courts which led to further confusion which led to the High Court under Section 304/34, PPC. Any consequences made it difficult to record the crime and conviction. As a result, the court was set aside and the magistrate's decision to acquit the accused of attempted murder was also dropped. And both cases were referred to the Sessions Court for re-hearing as cross-cases.
