The Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 212 (3), while accepting the appeal of the government employees, allowed the government employees to count their previous service for a specified period to determine its sanction and pension benefits, in this case the appellant. One cannot proceed to any argument to take a different view. The service tribunal upheld and supported the Supreme Court precedent on the matter, demanding that it not be interfered with.
