WATER AND SANITATION AUTHORITY versus NIAZ MUHAMMAD
Sections 18 and 50 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 (Pakistan) 1973 (Article 1973), Article 185 Authority challenging the award of the awarding authority for the collector of a land acquisition for any of his projects were challenged before the appeal against compensation.
